How do I get to the hotel?

Airport pick up can be arranged at PHP 1400 nett for car and PHP 3000 nett for van. Alternatively, you may wish to take an Airport Taxi at PHP 600 (estimate taxi fare). The approximate traveling time from the airport to Fraser Place Manila will take around 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Do you provide internet access?

Complimentary wifi access is available throughout the property

Where can we eat?

An all-day dining restaurant is located in the property and in-room dining is available as well. There are a couple of good resturants around, simply check with our Client Relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.

How to make the best experience in Manila?

There are lots to see and do in Makati and Manila, each offering different and unique experience. Check out the attractions on our Attractions page or check with our Client Relations Executives for recommendations.

When is the check-in time?

The check in time is at 14:00. 

When is the check-out time?

The check out time is at 12:00. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client Relations Executive.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6:00 - 10:00 AM at our all-day dining restaurant.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with in-room washer and dryer.  In addition, we also provide laundry and dry cleaning services.

Do you have fitness facilities?

Yes, both the 24/7 fully equipped Gym and outdoor pool are located on the 31st floor. 

Where can I go for shopping?

Main shopping centers are located within 2 km radius with hourly shuttle service at key points.

Which type of beds do you have?

King, Queen and Twin sized beds are available upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellation of reservation, notice must be given 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival date to avoid any applicable charges.
A minimum notice of 14 days must be given for any cancellation of monthly-stay reservations.

Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

Several international banks are located in the vicinity for your convenience. Kindly refer to our Location web page.

Do you provide newspapers?

Local newpapers are provided upon request.

What is maximum number of people in each apartment type?

Each apartment covers the following number of guests:
1 Bedroom: 2 guests
2 Bedroom: 4 guest
3 Bedroom: 6 guests
4 Bedroom: 8 guests

Do you have Suites and access for persons in wheelchairs?

Our serviced apartments are handicap-friendly with ample room to allow wheelchair mobility.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly serviced apartment. Kindly take note of these policies:

● Maximum pet size allowed - 18 inches.  Weight - not more than 25 lbs.

● An additional cleaning fee of PHP 5000 (non-refundable) applies upon departure.

Do you provide parking and what is the cost?

Yes. 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per apartment.

Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?

Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

No, shuttle service is only provided to and from commercial centers. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon request.

Do you provide baby cots and extra beds and the cost?

Complimentary baby cots are availale upon request and subject to availability.
Rental of extra beds are available upon request and are chargable at US$25 each.

Is there a smoking/non- smoking room?

Smoking floors are located at selected levels of the property. Hence, kindly advise us of your preference when making your reservation. 

Is there special features in your apartment?

Some of our apartments feature private balconies, in-room Jacuzzis and multi-shower. Kindly contact our reservations department for any specific requests.

Do you have interconnecting rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have any interconnecting rooms.

Do you have meeting room?

Yes, our comprehensive meetings rooms are catered for small group of 4 - 10 pax and function rooms of up to 40 pax.

Do you have medical services or hospitals nearby or doctor that can be arranged?

Doctor-on-call is available, while the nearest hospital is only 5 minutes away.

What are your televison channel lineup?

We have an extensive cable TV channel line up carrying most major international channels.   

Are special meals available?

Our all-day dining restaurant serves a selection of dishes, however, please feel free to inform our chef should you have any special dietary requirements.

What time do the shops close?

Shops are generally open from 10am to 10pm while restaurants and bars are open till 12 midnight.

Do you have any supermarkets/convenience stores nearby?

A supermarket and is situated 5 minutes walk from the hotel.  There is also an in-house convenience store.
