Fraser Place Manila, located in the heart of the Makati’s Central Business District, provides in-house guests with easy access to the banking and financial districts and business offices. This Manila Apartment Hotel is also within walking distance to the city’s dining, shopping and entertainment centres.

Makati is a bustling cosmopolitan city. The rapid growth over the past 25 years has made Makati the commercial, communication and financial centre of the Philippines where trendy boutiques, fashionable restaurants and department stores mingle with banks, corporate head offices and embassies.

Makati is also rich in heritage and some of the exciting cultural relics within the vicinity include Ayala Museum, The Filipinas Heritage Library and Museo ng Makati. The Ayala Museum, completed by Leandro Locsin - 1990 National Artist for Architecture - in 1974, is a unique show window of Philippine history and culture. It features 60 dioramas capturing half a million years of Philippine history, scaled-down reproductions of native boats and foreign ships, and the making of a Filipino statesman of international renown in the Carlos P. Romulo Room. The Filipinas Heritage Library was originally a part of the Ayala Museum, it later found its new home in 1996 in the historic Nielson Tower. Today, it is described as an electronic library, it discharges the traditional library functions of information storage, retrieval, and dissemination using the latest information and telecommunication technologies. The Museo ng Makati was created through Municipal Ordinance No. 1896. Primarily a community museum, it is a reservoir of artifacts, treasures, and relics of the town's glorious past. A special feature will be the "living" exhibits of the different regions of the country showcasing attributes uniquely their own. Visitors can enjoy cultural presentations and art and crafts demonstrations during special events. The Museo ng Makati is the only museum in Metro-Manila that showcases the City's history in reliefs especially carved for the Museo.

For those who like to venture further, there are complimentary scheduled bus services to shuttle residents from the apartment to any locations around Makati.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Manila Domestic Airport are both 45 minutes drive away from Fraser Place Manila.
