The awards are conferred annually by the National Consumer Affairs Foundation on outstanding companies, products and services that contribute to the greater interest of Filipino consumers.

Quality of service is the primary criteria for selecting the winners.  Other factors considered are the awardee’s brand appeal and pricing, as well as the public’s views and opinions of the company.  Fraser Place Manila rated highly in all these norms.
